Applications for Romania Government Scholarships are open for 2024. Each year, the Romanian Government, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, provides a number of scholarships to citizens from non-EU countries. This scholarship is for Bachelors, Masters, and PhD Degree Programs. Applicants can apply in any field except Medicine, Dental Medicine, and Pharmacy.

Duration of the Scholarship:
- Undergraduate: 3 – 6 Years
- Master: 1.5, 2 Years
- Doctorate: 3,4 Years
Eligibility Criteria:
- Foreign citizens from all non-EU countries are eligible.
- Applicants shall not hold Romanian citizenship.
- They shall not be over 35 years old to apply for the master’s program and be under 45 for the PhD program.
- They must have Excellent Academic Record.
Scholarship Benefits:

- Scholarship will not cover the cost of International Transport
- A Monthly Stipend will be given:
o 65 Euro/Month, for Undergraduate Students (1st cycle).
o 75 Euro/Month, for Master Studies (2nd cycle).
o 85 Euro/Month, for Postgraduate Students (Doctorate Degree) (3rd cycle).
